Dr. Ze´ev Rotem - Founder and CEO
Ze'ev established Rotem Strategy in 1997, bringing with him extensive experience in strategy formulation and implementation. Zeev has led over 600 strategy projects for leading Israeli firms and organizations across a wide range of industries.
Ze'ev holds a Ph.D. in strategic management from Tel Aviv University, and MBA in Finance. He has also served as a visiting research fellow at the Harvard Business School where he worked alongside Professor Michael E. Porter. He is a member of the Strategic Management Society and a member of the Academy of Management.
Prior to founding Rotem Strategy, Ze'ev served in the Israeli Air Force for over 20 years, holding various positions, from fighter plan weapons systems operator to planning, budgeting, and project management positions.
Ori Shinar - Partner
Ori joined Rotem Strategy in 2000. He primarily focuses on the financial services industry. Ori has also led numerous projects for large companies in this field, and companies in the telecom, IT, manufacturing, and services industries.
Prior to Rotem Strategy, Ori worked for a US-based consulting firm and served in the Israeli Air Force in IT and strategy planning positions.
Ori holds an MBA with honors from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. with honors in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Erez Henig – Partner
Erez joined Rotem Strategy in 2003. He is responsible for the defense and hi-tech client sector within the company, and focuses on projects in defense electronics, software, and telecommunications. His engagements at Rotem include projects for large and medium sized businesses on portfolio selection, competitive strategy, organizational structures and market development.
Prior to Rotem Strategy, Erez worked for international IT market research and strategy consultant IDC in Tel-Aviv and London, advising Israeli and global technology providers in marketing and business strategy.
Erez holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and HEC Paris University, and a BA in philosophy of science and language from Tel-Aviv University.
David (Dudi) Dembinsky – Manager
Dudi joined Rotem Strategy in 2005. He focuses on the Aerospace & Defense industry and the Public sector.
Prior to working for Rotem Strategy, Dudi served for 25 years in the Israeli Air-Force, (IAF) holding various positions in information systems, organizational structure and resource planning. His last position, as a Colonel, was the Head of Planning & Resources Department within the IAF's Materiel Directorate. In this position Dudi was responsible for organizational structure, processes and budgeting, logistic planning & purchasing and developing IT masterplans.
Dudi holds an MBA with honors from the Ben-Gurion University, and a B.Sc in mathematics & computers from the Tel-Aviv University.
Ella Avnon - Partner
Ella joined Rotem Strategy in 2006. She is responsible for the Public & Governmental client sector within the company.
Ella has led numerous Strategic Planning and Organizational Design projects for government ministries, such as the Ministries of Finance, Transportation, Education & Tourism; as well as projects for government organizations such as the Israel Postal Company.
Ella holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and a BA in Economics & Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.
